GUIDELINES FOR THE REGENCY
- All caterers will have to remove all trash to the dumpster provided outside. They will also be responsible for cleaning the kitchen. The list is as follows:
a) Sweeping the floors
b) Wiping down all counter tops
c) Cleaning microwave and stove
d) Removing all trash
e) Cleaning the sink
f) Removing all food from the kitchen
There will be a fine of $200.00 if this is not completed.
- The deposit and signed contract will hold the date. Until this is done, your date is still available on a first come, first-served basis.
- There is no smoking in the banquet room or in the conference room. There is smoking outside. All cigarette butts must be cleaned before leaving the premises.
- There will be no decorations on the walls and woodwork. We will not remove any of the Regency decorations for your party.
- All candles must be monitored at all times.
- Your deposit will apply to your final bill. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
- Clients are responsible for all damages to property and grounds.
- The client is responsible for clean up of the parking lot after the event.
- There will be no pets inside at any time.
- Children must be attended to at all times. We do suggest a babysitter on-site for your event.
- The Regency will abide by all state and federal laws. This does include alcohol. Anyone that breaks the law will cause an immediate termination of the event.
- The client will be responsible for all guests who drink alcohol that they have provided for them. You will sign a waiver of any liability to The Regency.
- All clean up will be done the day of your event. No excuses. Make your time accordingly or hire someone to clean that night. We do have people that we can suggest.
